준비


조리방법
1. 소고기를 길이 5cm 폭0.2cm 크기로 자른 후 설탕이 고기에 스며들도록 볼에 넣고 버무린다. 그리고 배는 길이 5cm, 폭0.2cm 크기로 채를 썬다.
2. 소고기는 냉동실에 30분 정도로 보관 후 꺼낸 다음 다진 마늘, 소금, 크노르 칠리 시즈닝 소스, 배, 참기름을 넣고 볼에서 손으로 버무린다.
3. 육회를 접시에 담고 위에 계란 노른자, 잣을 얹고 배를 옆에 놓는다.
